But because I did not want to be in a big trouble, I controled my feelings and tried to keep a straight face towards customers and I had to stand all things alone. AsI went through that kind of hardship, it makes me strong. Also, I have realized that for whatever reason,it is important to have a great team spirit and I should have talked to them in private. I just hid my feelings to avoid conflict. I learned a lot in the process in handling that situation,without any doubt, it is necessary to have great skills and accept them as different individual. Now I believe the power of communication skills among team members, it makes a big difference. so, I try to get to know each other and open up with them, I am good at breaking down the barriers between people now.
