last night, I had a litte spicy chicken with a measure of wine. I actually have a weak stomach. As a result of it, whenever i have spicy food, saulty food and stimulated food, I really suffer from terrible diarrhea. So i have to prepare on how i overcome terrible diarrhea after having those food. i went to the bathroom three times in the morning !! it sucked. it was almost 10 years ago to start suffering from any pain that i didn't exactly know. In a word, i've been care about my stomach for 10 years!! I will find 10 years lost from now on. I will be taking any medicine, which help me get better out of terrible diarrhea.

As a result of it, whenever i have spicy food, saulty food and stimulated food, I really suffer from terrible diarrhea.
=> Because of that, every time I have spicy, salty and stimulated foods, I would suffer from a terrible diarrhea.
So i have to prepare on how i overcome terrible diarrhea after having those food.
=> So I have to prepare myself on how I could overcome diarrhea after eating those kinds of food.

=> It sucks! I don’t exactly know why this happens but I know that this condition started 10 years ago.
In a word, i've been care about my stomach for 10 years!!
=> In other words, I’ve been taking care of my stomach’s condition for 10 years.
I will find 10 years lost from now on. I will be taking any medicine, which help me get better out of terrible diarrhea.
=> I’ve suffered for 10 years now. I would gladly take any medicine which could help treat my condition.
