My company provide lunch and dinner. Their menu fix three sidemenu, rice, and soup. Most days, the sidedishes were satisfied. but sometimes there are only kimchi and pickled which is so poor and salted. Today a chinese food, which is jjamppong with many vesitables and seafood and fried sweet pork, is provided. I ate like a horse because I like a chinese food and i was so hungry at morning. I feel like I'm gaining weight. I should have eaten the right amounts of foods.
