Hi! My name is Sophie. I'll tell you about the foods of Korea. I hope you'll enjoy it! Bulgogi is made of beef and special seasoning. The seasoning is usually made of pear, soy sauce, sugar and many kinds of vegetables. It is sweet, chewy and little salty. However, Bulgogi is Korean traditional food and we call it the same name in English. Next, I'll introduce about raw fish with water. This food is especially famous in Pohang because Pohang is close to the sea. The difference between normal raw fish and raw fish with water is because of the 'seasoning'. It is little spicy and cool.
